We are currently seeking a full-time Junior Window & Door Installer to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in the window and door installation trade with the support of experienced professionals. You’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and the chance to develop the skills needed to advance within a supportive, forward-thinking company.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in the installation of residential and commercial windows and doors
• Learn to handle measurements, adjustments, and finishing details under the guidance of senior installers
• Support repair and maintenance services, including sealing, hardware adjustments, and glass replacement
• Help with loading, unloading, and transporting materials to job sites
• Develop skills in caulking, insulating, and ensuring proper fit and finish of window and door systems
• Provide professional and friendly customer service while learning effective communication skills
• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Contribute ideas for improving efficiency and service quality as you gain experience

What You’ll Bring

• Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn about window and door systems
• Basic knowledge of tools, construction, or mechanical systems (an asset, but training provided)
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and grow into more responsibility
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are an asset but not required
