VDK Group Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Lamination Machine Operator to join our growing team. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and precise production of laminated products while maintaining the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will operate and monitor lamination machinery, maintain equipment, and support continuous production improvements. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment and play a key role in the company’s production success.

What You’ll Do

  • Set up, operate, and monitor lamination machines according to production specifications
  • Ensure materials are properly loaded and aligned for lamination processes
  • Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and adherence to specifications
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance for repairs
  • Perform routine machine cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance
  • Maintain accurate production records and report output, waste, and issues
  • Collaborate with production, quality control, and warehouse teams to meet production targets
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience operating lamination or similar industrial machinery (manufacturing experience preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical or operational issues
  • Good communication and teamwork skills to work effectively across departments
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced production environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing or machinery an asset
