VDK Group Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Delivery & Dispatch Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the daily scheduling and movement of materials, products, and delivery personnel to ensure accurate, efficient, and on-time deliveries to job sites, customers, and dealers. The successful candidate will act as a central point of communication between drivers, warehouse staff, installation teams, and customers, helping to maintain smooth day-to-day logistics and delivery operations. What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and schedule daily deliveries for residential and commercial projects
• Dispatch drivers, vehicles, and equipment to ensure timely deliveries
• Communicate delivery schedules, route updates, and changes with drivers and internal teams
• Monitor delivery progress and resolve transportation or scheduling issues quickly and efficiently
• Work closely with production, warehouse, and installation departments to coordinate outgoing shipments
• Maintain accurate dispatch records, delivery logs, and transportation documentation
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding delivery timing and updates
• Assist with route planning and load optimization to improve efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation regulations
• Support overall logistics and operational coordination as needed

What You Bring

• Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, transportation coordination, or a related role
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly to changing schedules and priorities
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and logistics/dispatch software
• High attention to detail and accuracy in scheduling and documentation
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Knowledge of transportation, delivery coordination, or construction logistics is considered an asset
