VDK Group Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our growing team. This role is responsible for coordinating daily shipping operations, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, timely dispatch, and compliance with quality and safety standards. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is a great chance to grow with a respected company and contribute directly to operational success.

What You’ll Do

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
• Verify order accuracy by matching items, quantities, and shipping documentation
• Package products securely to prevent damage during transit
• Scan labels on finished products and assign them to the appropriate trailer for loading.
• Load and unload shipments using appropriate equipment
• Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to ensure timely dispatch
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping area
• Follow all workplace safety policies and OSHA guidelines
• Report damaged goods, inventory discrepancies, or shipping issues to management
• Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization as needed

What You’ll Bring

• Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred
• Basic proficiency with computers and shipping-related software systems
• Strong attention to detail with effective time-management skills
• Must be able to lift 75+lbs
