We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fabricator to join our Commercial Glazing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling aluminum framing systems, curtain wall components, and commercial glazing products to meet project specifications and quality standards.

What You’ll Do

• Lay out, fabricate, assemble, and caulk aluminum curtain wall, storefronts, windows, and doors
• Measure, cut, machine, and drill aluminum extrusions with precision
• Read and interpret shop drawings, architectural plans, and specifications
• Operate fabrication tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Assist with loading, offloading, and occasional delivery of products to job sites
• Collaborate with production and project teams to support smooth execution from fabrication through installation

What You’ll Bring

• Prior experience in Commercial Glazing and Aluminum Fabrication is preferred
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and construction documents
• High attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Team-oriented attitude with a positive and reliable work ethic
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
