VDK Group Inc. is currently seeking to hire a full-time Commercial Glazing Caulker to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, sealing, and weatherproofing commercial aluminum and glazing systems, including entrances, storefronts, curtain wall, windows, and specialty glass applications. Working closely with project managers, site supervisors, fabricators, and installers, you will ensure that all sealant applications are completed with precision, durability, and a high-quality finish. This position plays a critical role in the performance, appearance, and long-term integrity of our commercial glazing projects while contributing to the continued growth and success of our commercial division.

What You'll Do

• Apply silicone, sealants, and caulking to storefronts, curtain wall, windows, doors, and other commercial glazing systems.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, masking, and priming materials before sealant application.
• Ensure joints are properly sealed for weatherproofing, air and water infiltration, and structural performance.
• Produce clean, consistent finishes that meet company quality standards.
• Read and interpret shop drawings and installation details to determine sealant requirements.
• Inspect completed work and make touch-ups as required.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work area.
• Work closely with fabricators, installers, and project teams to meet production and installation schedules.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.

What You'll Bring

• Experience applying commercial-grade silicone or sealants in glazing, construction, or a related trade preferred.
• Experience with storefront, curtain wall, or commercial window systems is considered an asset.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce neat, professional finishes.
• Ability to work safely at heights and use lifts when required (field positions).
• Ability to read measuring tools and follow technical drawings.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license is an asset.
