We are currently seeking a full-time Manufacturing Technician to join our growing production team. This hands-on role is responsible for building high-quality windows and doors in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Whether you have experience in manufacturing, construction, woodworking, or assembly, or you're looking to learn a skilled trade we encourage you to apply.

You may be a great fit if you've worked as a Production Technician, Assembly Technician, Machine Operator, Window Manufacturing Technician, Door Production Operator, Cabinet Maker, or Carpenter. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in producing high-quality products that our customers can rely on.

What You'll Do

-Build and assemble premium windows and exterior doors according to company specifications and quality standards -Operate hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently -Read and follow production orders, drawings, and work instructions -Measure, prepare, and inspect materials to ensure product quality and accuracy -Perform quality checks throughout the manufacturing process -Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals -Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment -Report equipment issues or production concerns promptly to supervisors -Follow all company policies, procedures, and health & safety requirements

What You'll Bring

-Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, assembly, woodworking, or a related field is an asset (training is provided) -Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work -Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely use hand and power tools -Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills -Team-oriented mindset with the ability to follow instructions and work independently when required -Physical ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the workday -Reliable, dependable, and motivated to contribute to a growing team
